My mother cooked the food every day before eating it. It was said to be easy to chew, but is it cooked too bad?

    Eat only if you cook the food badly, and you will lose a lot of nutrients, especially vitamin B12. This vitamin is "fear of heat" and will be decomposed after heating to 100℃ for 30 minutes or 120℃ for 15 minutes. Some elderly people will have symptoms such as neurological abnormalities due to lack of this vitamin.
