How much water is better to get up early?

I usually drink a glass of warm water early in the morning, so is it enough to drink a glass of water early?

    Waking up early in the morning is a critical time for the body to replenish water. It is best to drink 300 ml of water. A healthy person should drink at least 7-8 glasses of water (about 2.5 liters) every day. When the amount of exercise is heavy or the weather is hot, the amount of drinking water will increase accordingly.
