I have a habit of washing the potatoes grown in my house without peeling them. Can I eat them?

Potatoes contain glycoalkaloids. Almost all of this toxic substance is concentrated in potato skins, especially those that have green and sprouts. Some people like to roast beef with skinned potatoes, and cooked potato skins still contain sugar alkaloids. If eaten in large amounts, it can cause vomiting, dizziness, diarrhea and other symptoms.
