Sometimes when you don’t have time to eat, you can just eat some fruit and cope with it.

Fruits are not meal replacements. The human body needs a total of nearly 50 nutrients in order to maintain survival, especially more than 65 grams of fat per day to maintain the renewal and repair of tissues and organs. The fruit has a moisture content of 85% above, but the protein content is less than 1%, which contains almost no essential fatty acids and is far from meeting the nutritional needs of the body. Fruits can only be used as a supplement to dinner, they are delicious but not too much.
