    Choice of vegetables and fruits: vegetables are preferred: winter melon, bamboo shoots, gourd, pumpkin, cucumber, tomato, loofah, eggplant, asparagus and other low-phosphorus foods. Pay attention to cooking methods: first cut and wash, boil before boiling and then cook, eat vegetables without soup, use less condiments, processed foods, beverages, etc. First choice for fruits: apple, watermelon, loquat, bayberry, Sydney, peach, apricot. Not recommended fruits: candied fruits, preserved fruits (such as raisins).
