Recently, I have frequent urination and urgency. I have to check for diabetes and need to control postprandial blood glucose. What nutritious meals control postprandial blood glucose?

It is recommended that a little protein food half an hour before the meal can help control the peak after the meal, such as a boiled egg. Of course, specific decisions should be made based on the actual pre-meal blood glucose value. The fast-acting insulin used in large doses of our meals usually takes 5-15 minutes, and the peak time is about 60 to 90 minutes. In theory, it is okay to deal with medium-glycemic foods, because the two peaks basically overlap. If you are dealing with high-glycemic foods, the peak of fast-acting insulin is likely to be later than the peak of blood sugar.
