I am a patient with hyperlipidemia, and I usually like to eat meat. What should I pay attention to when eating meat with hyperlipidemia?

People with hyperlipidemia can only eat 50 grams a day if they eat pork, beef and lamb; if they eat skinless chicken and duck, they can eat 100 grams; if they change to fish and shrimp, they can eat about 150 grams a day. The amount of nuts does not exceed one handful per day. Note that dinner should not eat more greasy food.
