Every morning and evening the staple food is coarse grain porridge. For children, is such a healthy diet?

    Coarse grain porridge is certainly very nutritious, but the digestive function of children is not perfect, and digesting a large amount of dietary fiber is a great burden on the gastrointestinal tract. Moreover, the absorption and utilization of nutrients are relatively low, which is not conducive to the growth and development of children.
