It is hotter in summer and colder in winter. If you want to enjoy the sun, you can only stay indoors. So why can't you add calcium through the glass?

Let's put it this way, the ultraviolet rays in sunlight are divided into ultraviolet A, ultraviolet B and ultraviolet C. Ultraviolet C is almost absorbed by the ozone layer, which has little effect on us. Ultraviolet A has strong penetrating power and can penetrate most transparent glass and plastics. Most of the ultraviolet B is absorbed by the ozone layer, only less than 2% can reach the surface of the earth, its penetration is not strong, it will be absorbed by transparent glass, but ultraviolet B can promote the metabolism of minerals and the formation of vitamin D in the body, so the Sunbathing in glass does not promote calcium absorption.
