Can the potato skin be eaten?

Male  34 years old 2018-06-27
I scrape the skin before frying the potatoes, but sometimes I am lazy, the skin is not clean and I stir-fry it, what effect will it have?

Potato skin contains sugar alkaloids that are not beneficial to human health (healthy food), and will form cumulative poisoning after entering the human body. Because it is chronic poisoning, it is temporarily asymptomatic or the symptoms are not obvious, and often does not cause attention. In particular, potatoes with sprouts and green skin color are higher in toxins and should never be eaten.
