When I eat soy rice, I like soft beans, not bean skin. Mom said that bean skin can improve immunity, is this true?

The skins of various legumes contain a large amount of antioxidant components, such as flavonoids, tannins, saponins, etc. They have powerful antioxidant effects, can resist the damage of free radicals to the human body, prevent cardiovascular disease, and improve the body's immunity .
