My children especially like to eat green leafy vegetables and don't like meat. Is eating green vegetables often good for health?

Green leafy vegetables may be a better food to supplement bone minerals. Cabbage vegetables, such as Chinese cabbage, small rapeseed, and kale, have low oxalic acid and have little hindrance to calcium absorption and utilization. As long as there is enough sunlight to get enough vitamin D, the calcium in it can fully realize the nutritional value.
