    There are many foods rich in riboflavin, and the content of riboflavin (vitamin B1) in different foods varies greatly. The riboflavin content of animal liver, egg yolk and milk is relatively rich. To this end, the liver should be supplemented once a week (2 to 3 two), 250 ml of milk and one egg should be added daily.
