    If you want to lose weight, just choose ordinary milk: Skimmed milk has lower fat content and lower calories than ordinary milk. However, due to the influence of the defatting process, this kind of milk also inevitably removes the health-friendly fat-soluble vitamins (vitamins that are insoluble in water but only soluble in fat or organic solvents), which reduces the nutritional value of milk.
