Vegetarianism is now admired, but I still eat meat. Do you want to know that eating meat is harmful to your health?

In contemporary society, many girls are always talking about flesh color changes because they are afraid of being fat. They often only focus on the health benefits of plant foods such as vegetables and fruits, resulting in too little intake of animal foods rich in iron. In fact, animal food is not only rich in iron, its absorption rate is as high as 25%. The iron in plant foods is disturbed by the phytate and oxalate contained in the food, and the absorption rate is very low, about 3%. Therefore, not eating meat is likely to cause iron deficiency anemia.
