Eating cassava that has not been cooked will be poisoned. The leaves, stems, and roots of cassava all contain some toxic linseedrin substances, and fresh roots are more toxic. Generally, eating cooked or raw cassava or even drinking its soup has the risk of poisoning. If a person eats 150-300g of raw cassava, it will lead to poisoning and serious loss of life. So remove the skin before eating cassava, soak the potato meat in water to dissolve the cyanoside. Usually soaking for 6 days can remove about 69% of cyanoside, then heat and cook it, then you can eat it.
