The answer is no, because the liver is a place for biosynthesis, biotransformation (mainly detoxification) and storage of some nutrients. Animal livers are rich in vitamin A and vitamin D, as well as iron. Therefore, it is said that eating liver does not make up the liver, but improves eyesight, improves calcium metabolism in the body, and prevents iron deficiency anemia.
