When hypothrombinogenemia caused by oral anticoagulants is used, the minimum effective dose should be tried first, and then adjusted by prothrombin time measurement; excessive vitamin K can cause difficulties for continued anticoagulation treatment in the future. Hemorrhage in patients with liver cirrhosis or advanced liver disease, and heparin-induced bleeding using menadione sodium bisulfite injection are ineffective.8
