Not everyone is suitable for consuming vitamin K3. When hypothrombinogenemia caused by oral anticoagulants is used, the minimum effective dose should be tried first, and then adjusted by prothrombin time measurement; excessive vitamin K can cause difficulties for continued anticoagulation treatment in the future. Hemorrhage in patients with liver cirrhosis or advanced liver disease, and heparin-induced bleeding using menadione sodium bisulfite injection are ineffective.
