I love prawns, so I often buy them. Isn't the bigger the more nutritious?

Prawns belong to the class of marine shrimp, which are rich in minerals such as calcium, phosphorus, iron, and iodine, and are less polluted. But not bigger is better. Because wild prawns grow to a size that can be sold on the market, it may take several years and increase the chance of contamination. Although the artificially grown sea prawns grow fast, their nutrition and taste will be greatly reduced.
