    The best nutritious meal for osteoporosis is fish head old tofu soup (fish + tofu). The protein in the fish head and tofu are high-quality proteins, and the fish is rich in vitamin D, which can promote the absorption of calcium. However, it should be noted that tofu is best to use southern tofu or northern tofu, rather than lactone tofu and Japanese "tofu", the north and south tofu contains 120~140mg calcium per 100g.
