How do people lose weight?

I’m losing weight recently, but I’m a little bit less able to eat, but it’s not good for my health if I don’t eat. I don’t know how to lose weight.

    Generally, people who lose weight only eat two meals, such as a meal in the morning, and an additional meal between meals. Put a fruit in the bag, a small bag of nuts, or a box of yogurt. Between 10 and 11 o'clock, eat as a snack, eat lunch normally, and do not eat dinner.
