Will drinking milk cause anemia?

Male  35 years old 2018-06-26
Our whole family drinks a glass of milk every morning. Recently I heard that drinking milk will cause anemia. I am very worried. Do you want to know if this is the case?

The iron content in milk is very small, and the human body absorption rate is also very low. While drinking milk, if you also consume other iron-containing foods, it will not cause anemia. However, if you only drink milk, your diet is partial, and the lack of iron-containing foods will increase the chance of anemia. Therefore, the anemia is caused by insufficient nutrition intake, and has nothing to do with drinking milk.
