    During weight loss, it is possible to eat less staple food, but it does not mean that one bite is not eaten. It is recommended that women with less physical activity eat at least 3 two grains per day during weight loss (1 two grains is equivalent to about half a bowl of rice). If you exercise, you need to increase the amount to 4~5. In the evening supper, you can drink a small bowl of lily millet porridge, or eat two or three dates, and add a little carbohydrate food to help sleep.
