How much oil should you add when cooking?

I used to add more oil when I was cooking. I feel that such dishes are more fragrant and taste better. I don’t know if this way of eating is good or not?

Don't put too much oil when cooking. Generally speaking, vegetables are very oil-absorbing. If you put too much oil in cooking, the surface of the vegetable is surrounded by oil, which not only affects the taste of food, but also is not conducive to the digestion and absorption of nutrients. Excessive oil will bring many health hazards. The correct approach is to put no more than one spoonful of oil per vegetarian dish. Using oil and the moisture contained in the dish itself, the fried dish is delicious and healthy.
