The taste of corn is sweet, loved by all ages. Rich calcium can lower blood pressure, promote cell division, lower serum cholesterol, and prevent it from depositing on the walls of blood vessels. Therefore, corn has coronary heart disease, atherosclerosis, hyperlipidemia, and hypertension. Certain preventive and therapeutic effects. Central American Indians are less susceptible to high blood pressure because they mainly eat corn.
