Some sugar friends dare not touch any fruit in order to achieve blood sugar control. In fact, fruits are rich in potassium, magnesium, vitamins and a variety of antioxidant substances, and proper consumption of fruits is beneficial to the human body. The reminder here is the right amount. The amount of fruit eaten daily is equivalent to the size of a fist. For example, an apple can be eaten in the morning and half in the afternoon. Apples, pears, oranges, cherries, grapefruits, kiwis, dragon fruit, guava, strawberries and other fruits with low glycemic index are good choices.
