My skin is easy to rip in the winter, it hurts, and the skin is still bleeding. I want to have diet. What should I eat?

    Skin cracks, to prevent some dry and greasy and spicy food. The first thing to prevent cracking is to add more water, drink 8 glasses of water a day, and eat more fresh vegetables and fruits. If you don't like to eat fruits and vegetables, you can add vitamin tablets appropriately.
