Fruits are rich in nutrients. I love fruits and not vegetables. Can fruits replace vegetables?

The content of vitamins, minerals, dietary fiber and phytochemicals in most vegetables is higher than that of fruits (for example: the vitamin C content in white radish contains 18 mg per 100 grams, which is significantly higher than apples). However, fruits contain more sugar, organic acids and aromatic substances than many fresh vegetables, and they are eaten without heating, and the nutrients are not affected by cooking factors. Therefore: vegetables and fruits cannot replace each other, and no one can do without it!
