Gout patients can eat soy products, because beans rich in purine can lead to increased blood uric acid synthesis, but also contains uric acid excretion substances, and the latter's effect is more significant. Therefore, legumes are not contraindicated in patients with gout, soy products are more beneficial to patients with gout than beans.
