Eating spinach can supplement iron, but the effect is not good. Spinach has a high iron content, but also contains substances such as phytic acid and oxalic acid. These two substances are firmly combined with the iron element in spinach, so that the iron element cannot "freely move". The absorption rate is extremely low, only about 3% of the iron can be absorbed by the body. Therefore, eating spinach can not achieve the effect of iron supplementation.
