If you can’t eat anything, or have diarrhea immediately after eating, you can’t simply use ginseng to strengthen your body. Especially acute diarrhea, whether it is gastroenteritis, food poisoning, or any sudden diarrhea, is not suitable for use. However, if you have chronic diarrhea that lasts for more than two months, your body is weak, or you have diarrhea in the morning but no symptoms during the day and night, you can use ginseng as directed by your doctor.
