Every time I go to the supermarket to buy fruit, I am used to buying darker colors. Is the darker the fruit the more nutritious?

    This sentence is basically correct. The darker the fruit, the higher the nutritional value. The fruit pigments are mostly carotene, lutein, flavonoids, etc. These substances have good nutritional effects. Dark fruits contain more of these substances
