I like to eat milk and chocolate. I often eat it together. Can milk and chocolate be taken together?

Milk and chocolate cannot be eaten together. Liquid milk plus chocolate will cause the calcium in the milk to chemically react with the oxalic acid in the chocolate to produce "calcium oxalate." As a result, calcium, which was originally of nutritional value, turned into a substance harmful to the human body, resulting in calcium deficiency, diarrhea, delayed development of children, dry hair, easy fracture, and increased incidence of urinary tract stones.
