I usually like to eat seafood. I heard that eating too much seafood will increase blood lipids. Is this true?

It is impossible not to eat seafood during the New Year. Such as scallops, dried oysters, and squid, which have higher cholesterol and eat too much, may lead to increased blood lipids. People who originally had coronary heart disease and hypercholesterolemia should eat less, so as not to induce disease.
