Do vegetables lack vitamin D?

I usually like to eat meat and eat less vegetables. I heard that if you eat less vegetables, you will lack vitamin D. Is this true?

The data shows that the average Chinese resident eats only about half a catty of vegetables per day, mainly light-colored vegetables, and the fruit only eats about one or two a day, which is far from the recommended amount of one catty of vegetables and half a catty of fruits per day. The current dietary structure leads to a general lack of calcium, vitamin D and other nutrients in our residents, which indirectly leads to a high incidence of osteoporosis and other diseases.
