I usually eat grapes without grape skins. My friend said that grape skins can fight cancer. Is this true?

The grape skin contains the anticancer substance, resveratrol, which can inhibit the initiation, promotion and progression of canceration in three stages. The substance content in the peel is much more than in the gravy. And the grape skin is very thin, and eating with the pulp will not affect the taste, so you can try to eat purple grapes with the skin, which can effectively prevent cancer.
