When I am constipated, my stomach usually bulges, which is particularly painful. Is it because of fecal bulging or bacteria?

Bacteria doubles every two or thirty minutes to multiply and reproduce for one generation. Theoretically it would be like this: 1 kg, 2 kg, 4 kg, 8 kg... Then the belly does not swell into a drum? Actually not, the bacteria are multiplying, It also died and was excreted with the feces. Half of the wet weight of the stool was bacterial corpses and living bacteria. But people with constipation don't have shit, should their stomachs swell? In fact, they won't. The pH of the intestines of people with constipation has changed, the reproduction of bacteria can't keep up with death, but the total amount has decreased. However, the belly of a person with constipation does swell, that is the bulging of feces, not the bulging of bacteria.
