Generally, my family eats home-grown hairy crabs. Will this crab carry a lot of bacteria?

It should be noted that crabs live on the bottom of the water and are omnivorous. They mainly eat aquatic plants, small fish and shrimps. Therefore, crabs will be infected with certain bacteria, especially river crabs cultured in eutrophic water bodies.
