Drink less alcohol and drink more tea. Alcohol will promote the liver to synthesize more endogenous triglycerides and low-density lipoprotein, so it is better to drink less. Tea contains components such as tea polyphenols, which can reduce the deposition of cholesterol in the arterial wall, inhibit platelet aggregation, promote plasmin activity, and prevent thrombosis, so it is recommended to drink more tea.
