Is glutinous rice really indigestible?

I love glutinous rice. It tastes almost like zongzi. Many people say that glutinous rice is too indigestible. Is this the case?

Glutinous rice is not easy to digest and is not accurate. Eat less glutinous rice because it digests faster, but it is not digested completely. Starch is divided into two kinds of straight chain and branched chain. The content of amylopectin in glutinous rice is extremely high, which is easier to contact with digestive enzymes and the time required for digestion and decomposition is shorter. However, during the decomposition process, some chemicals in the branches cannot be digested and absorbed by the body, so it is said that the digestion is incomplete.
