I like to eat tomatoes. After making scrambled eggs with tomatoes, does this food have an antioxidant effect?

Eating tomatoes can treat dark spots and has a beauty effect. Lycopene, an antioxidant extracted from tomatoes, can make LDL in the blood almost disappear for 8 weeks. Obviously, tomatoes effectively remove ‘bad’ lipoproteins through antioxidant action, thereby protecting the heart. Lycopene is contained in the skin of tomatoes, and ripe tomatoes become red due to it. Celery, bitter gourd, carrot, and other fresh vegetables also have more antioxidants.
