For animal foods, patients with hypertension can choose fish, shrimp, poultry, eggs and lean meat foods, daily intake of fish and shrimps about 25g ~ 50g, poultry meat 25g ~ 50g, eggs 25g ~ 50g, animal meat 25g~50g. Eat less or no animal foods with high sodium salt, high fat, and high cholesterol. Preference is given to skimmed or low-fat milk and yogurt. It is recommended to consume 200g~300g of milk per day.
