Are red skin eggs more nutritious?

Male  30 years old 2018-06-23
When I was buying eggs in the supermarket, the salesperson told me that it is good to buy red-skinned eggs and that the nutrition is relatively high. Is this true?

This statement is incorrect. Compared with white-skinned eggs, red-skinned eggs have similar yolk to protein ratios and no difference in nutrients. It's just that the chickens that lay brown eggs are slightly larger and eat more, which is why the price of brown eggs is slightly higher. So regardless of the red protein egg, the nutritional composition is the same.
