Why is liver cancer not discovered until late?

Female  25 years old 2018-06-23
Grandpa is a late stage of liver cancer. It was only found a few days ago, and some relatives in the family were also found in the late stage of liver cancer. Why is this happening?

Because the liver does not have painful nerves, chronic damage to "liver-damaging molecules" such as viruses, alcohol, and drugs hardly shows obvious symptoms in the early stages. When you go to see a doctor when symptoms appear, the general condition is more serious; and the liver only needs 1/4 to work. Many liver cancer patients have mild abnormal liver function, or even completely normal. If there is no more detailed and comprehensive physical examination, it is easy to ignore the neglect; liver cancer develops too quickly, it is easy to metastasize, and the degree of malignancy is high.
