Can diet change how we feel about temperature

Female  30 years old 2018-06-23
In the summer, my husband loves to eat cold skin and cold noodles, saying that it can cool down. Can the diet change our feelings about temperature?

In life, different foods produce different "food heat effects". Foods rich in protein have a stronger "food heat effect", while starches and vegetables are much worse. This is why when eating hot pot, eating a large plate of lamb, the body can heat for a long time. The heat is forcing people to stay away from the kitchen, and they also tend to choose cool foods such as cold noodles, cold skins, and cold noodles in food selection.
