Why do gums bleed frequently?

Female  29 years old 2018-06-23
I often bleed my gums when I brush my teeth or bite hard objects, but I don’t get up late all night. My life is regular, so why do my gums bleed so often?

Occasionally bleeding gums is normal, and almost everyone will have it, but if you bleed frequently, it is likely that you are short of vitamin C. Persistent lack of vitamin C can cause scurvy. The symptoms of scurvy also include easy injury, easy bleeding, and joint and muscle pain.
