Is it the dietary fiber sold on the market that has low calories? Can I eat those to supplement energy?

Although they are both carbohydrates, the calories of simple carbohydrates (monosaccharide/disaccharide) and complex carbohydrates (starch/dietary fiber) are very different. In particular, dietary fiber is basically not absorbed by the human body, and the calories required for digestion are high, so it can only provide 2kCal per 1g. There are even newer studies that believe that the actual calories provided by dietary fiber due to the presence of intestinal flora Less, only 1.5kCal, although the calorie per gram of food is only a small error, but when added together, eating more dietary fiber will actually reduce a lot of calories than eating the same amount of monosaccharide/disaccharide.
