Can vinegar in hypotensive patients cause headaches?

My blood pressure is low. I heard that vinegar in hypotensive patients can cause headaches. Is this true?

    In patients with hypotension, vinegar can cause blood pressure to decrease and cause adverse reactions such as headache, dizziness, and general weakness. Conversely, for people with high blood pressure, moderate amounts of vinegar can be used because it has the effect of lowering blood pressure.
