As some elderly people suffer from diseases such as hypertension, hyperlipidemia, and diabetes, eating more grains has become a trend among some elderly people, and some elderly people who have muscle loss or even malnutrition are mainly reduced in grains. The diet of the elderly should be a reasonable combination of thickness and weight. Excessive grains may affect the absorption of certain nutrients because they contain too much fiber, which is not conducive to maintaining muscle and weight.
