Most patients with dialysis treatment have reached late stage of renal failure, with 40%~60%combined with hypertriglyceridemia[4]. The diet should follow the principles of limiting saturated fatty acids and polyunsaturated fatty acids, and increasing monounsaturated fatty acids to select foods to prevent the occurrence of hyperlipidemia and reduce the incidence of cardiovascular disease. For example, vegetable fats (or oils) are mainly rich in unsaturated fatty acids, and the content of oleic acid (monounsaturated fatty acids) in tea oil and olive oil is more than 80%.
